4. Shipping, Title & Risk of Loss

  • Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy.
  • Unless otherwise agreed, title and risk of loss transfer to you upon delivery of goods to the carrier. You are responsible for filing claims with carriers for loss or damage in transit.
