Display both monochrome and color – A true hybrid monitor

Thanks to the Hybrid Gamma PXL function, the RX360 can display both monochrome and color images on one screen with improved efficiency. This function allows the monitor to distinguish between monochrome and color images pixel by pixel, making sure each pixel has optimum grayscale. Monochrome images such as DR and CR are displayed in the ideal grayscale (DICOM Part 14), while color images such as those in endoscopy, nuclear medicine, 3D rendering, and fusion imaging are faithfully reproduced (Gamma 2.2).

Improve your workflow with the Switch-and-Go and Hide-and-Seek functions

The Switch-and-Go function allows you to operate two different workstations at the same time with a single combo of mouse + keyboard to reduce the number of monitors and improve your workflow, by simply switching the signal between workstations.  You can even work across several monitors by moving the cursor from one screen to the other.

With a simple hotkey or by directing the mouse to the edge of the screen, the Hide-and-Seek function allow you to easily hide the Picture in Picture window not currently in use.

Quick and Easy Focus

Quickly select and focus areas with just your mouse and keyboard. The Quick and Easy Focus allow you to change the brightness and grayscale tones of this area to make interpretation easier.

An ergonomic monitor

The RX360 was designed to reduce the space used to save workspace for other tasks (32% less space compared to previous models). Moreover, frame was reduced by 70% to reduce eye movement when comparing side-by-side images.

Bright, but true to the source data

Medical monitors must be specifically bright to meet performance standards, however an LCD panel see an unavoidable decline on sharpness at high brightness. This is due to an increased pixel aperture ratio. With EIZO’s unique Sharpness Recovery technology, this decrease in sharpness is restored: in the case of a 2 pixel line pair, the MTF (decrease in sharpness) increases by approximately 54%.

Quality control, from factory to radiology departments

To make sure every monitor is compliant with DICOM Part 14, EIZO carefully measures and calibrates the grayscale at the factory. Thanks to the patented drift correction function, your monitor quickly stabilizes the brightness level and compensates the brightness fluctuations caused by the ambient temperature and the passage of time, ensuring stable brightness and grayscale.

Thanks to the RadiCS LE software and the Integrated Front Sensor (IFS) built into the front bezel, you can easily calibrate to DICOM Part 14 with nothing to mount or run.
