The LG 17HK700G-WP is a 17-inch wired digital X-ray detector (DXD) supplied with LG Acquisition Workstation Software (AWS). Using a-Si TFT technology, it captures X-ray energy passing through the body and converts it into digital images on a monitor, with 16-bit image processing for image contrast and a 140 µm pixel pitch for high-resolution images. Raw images are produced in about two seconds, which helps reduce patient waiting times in busy departments.
