Shipping policy

1. Applicability & Incorporation
This Shipping Policy (β€œPolicy”) is part of and is governed by our Terms & Conditions. Any capitalized terms not defined herein have the meaning given in the Terms & Conditions.

2. Flat Rate & Free Shipping Threshold

  • All orders with a subtotal of $400 (before tax and shipping) or more qualify for free ground shipping within the U.S. (all 50 states, including Alaska & Hawaii).
  • Orders under $400 are subject to a flat-rate shipping fee of $18 USD (or as otherwise displayed at checkout).
  • Expedited or premium shipping (e.g. Next Day, 2nd Day, 3-Day, Express, Overnight) is available at additional cost to you; the cost will be calculated at checkout.

3. Order Processing & Cutoff Times

  • Orders placed by 6:00 pm Eastern Time (ET) on a business day will be processed that same day, excluding items marked β€œout-of-stock” or β€œback-ordered.”
  • Orders placed after 6:00 pm ET, on weekends, or on holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • β€œBusiness days” means Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays in the U.S.
  • Processing time is separate from transit time; transit estimates provided by carriers are not guaranteed.

4. Choice of Carrier & Shipping Discretion
We reserve the right to select the shipping carrier (FedEx, UPS, USPS, or others) for any order, without notice, as long as the chosen service is materially comparable. We aim not to cause undue delay by such selection, but we do not warrant that the speed or route will match your expectations.

5. Risk of Loss; Title Passing

  • Title and risk of loss for items you order pass to you upon delivery to the carrier (i.e. when we hand off the package).
  • You are responsible for filing claims with the carrier for lost or damaged shipments (unless the damage is obvious on arrival).
  • If you receive a damaged item, you must notify us in writing (via email or support ticket) within 5 business days of receipt. Include photos of the packaging and item.
  • Failure to notify us within this timeframe may forfeit your rights to reimbursement or replacement relating to shipping damage.
  • After 10 days from the invoice date (or delivery date, whichever is later), any claim for shipping damage is disallowed.

6. Inspection on Delivery
You must inspect all goods upon receipt, before disposing of packaging. If the packaging is damaged or signs of tampering, refuse delivery or note the damage on the carrier’s receipt and notify us immediately.

7. Shortages, Incorrect Items, or Missing Pieces
If an order arrives missing items, or items are incorrect, you must notify us in writing within 5 business days of delivery. Include your order number, description of the issue, and any photos. After that period, we may deny claims for shortages or mis-shipments.

8. Delays, Force Majeure & Shipping Exceptions
We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, weather, carrier delays, customs or import/export issues, strikes, pandemics, supply chain disruptions, governmental actions, or carrier errors.
In such events, we will attempt to notify you of known delays.

9. International & Import Shipments

  • You are responsible for all import duties, customs fees, taxes, and other charges once the goods reach your country.
  • We do not guarantee or warrant customs clearance times.
  • You must provide any necessary documentation or consents required by your country.

10. Amendment of Shipping Policy
We reserve the right to amend or update this Policy at any time. Material changes will be posted on our website and effective upon posting. Your continuing use of our services or placing an order after amendments constitutes acceptance.

11. Limitation of Liability
Our liability for shipping errors, loss, or delay is limited to a refund of the shipping cost or the purchase price of the item (if lost or undelivered), whichever is less. We are not liable for consequential, incidental, or punitive damages caused by shipping problems.
