The EIZO RadiForce RX560 is a 21.3-inch, 5-megapixel (2048 x 2560) high-brightness color LCD monitor optimized for breast imaging. It is sold as a single monitor with its stand, or as the RX560 MammoDuo, which places two monitors side by side on a dedicated stand. The narrow bezel supports distraction-free viewing between screens, and height, tilt and swivel can be adjusted without gaps appearing between the two monitors.
The RX560 has FDA 510(k) clearance for breast tomosynthesis, mammography and general radiography. EIZO describes it as the first medical monitor to use a low temperature polysilicon (LTPS) LCD panel, which lets this color monitor reach up to 1,100 cd/m2. At that brightness it displays monochrome breast tomosynthesis and mammography images with deep blacks and no washout, as well as color images such as breast MRI and CT, ultrasound and pathology. This matters in breast screening, where mammography is often combined with ultrasound and, when cancer is suspected, with biopsy, breast MRI and CT.

Space-saving MammoDuo: 67 mm narrower, 36 mm shorter and 20.5 mm shallower than a conventional side-by-side configuration, reducing the occupied space by 22%.

Power save mode: a heat-sensing presence sensor switches to power save mode when the user is away.
