The Sony UP-27MD replaces the UP-25MD. It is a compact medical color video printer that produces durable, 423 dpi dye-sublimation prints, and its slim 8 3/8-inch width lets it integrate with other video equipment on medical carts.
The front panel offers user-friendly menus, flexible color adjustment and two user presets. The printer automatically detects 1080i and 720p HDTV signals, and an LED indicates data transmission and print cartridge status. Print time is approximately 19 seconds on UPC-21S media and 29 seconds on UPC-21L media.
